The original Mandrill image is orchestrated as a sum of three images synthesized by various instrumental waveforms.
1. A "Water Color" image, wavelet compressed to 150:1.
2. A "Van Gogh Like" image, wavelet packets compressed to 10:1 with brush stroke waveforms.
3. A "pointillistic" residual image.

Processing was done on the RGB channels separately. No effort to take advantage of the YIQ coordinate system was done.
The goal of the exercise is educational more than image compression.
